The post-production supervision of the short film Elias: The Bull Who Learned to Swim was conducted in partnership with Mercy for Animals and Biscos Comunicação. Over the course of five months, I managed direct communication with the client, ensuring that their needs were efficiently adapted to the team's resources. I was also responsible for media management, creating an organized workflow to facilitate the location and sharing of files among the post-production team.
Additionally, I developed a flexible schedule to meet the client’s expectations without compromising the quality of the deliverables. Supervising the adherence to deadlines and the completion of each stage was essential to keep the project on track and ensure a smooth and efficient delivery.
