As Coisas que são Daqui (Things From Here) is a documentary about the history of the Biblioteca Comunitária Tamboril (Tamboril Community Library) and its relationship with the community of Pirapora (Minas Gerais). The project was carried out in partnership with Biscos Comunicação and sponsored by ProAc.
In the documentary, I participated in different phases of the project. During production, I served as a camera assistant, collaborating directly in capturing the footage and ensuring that the visual aesthetics followed the concept defined by the directing and cinematography. In post-production, I took on the roles of editor and post-production supervisor, managing media, logging the material, and assembling the narrative while respecting the guiding script but with creative freedom to establish narrative connections from the most impactful moments recorded during the shoots. I was also responsible for audio treatment and color correction, ensuring a consistent visual standard and aesthetic unity among the images.
In addition to the documentary, I edited and finalized an institutional video derived from the project, aimed at promoting the work and activities of the Tamboril Literary Club, highlighting its initiatives and impact on the community.
